Family with children cozy retreat
The hotel was very clean, all areas including the lobby and bar had a pristine look. The employees were professional and friendly, helped us with navigating public transit like pros.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I guess you pay for the location.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short 10-minute walk from the main train station and very close to the vibrant city center of Dortmund, which made exploring easy.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite poor, lacking sufficient choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, making it an underwhelming start to the day.

my stay was delightful as i could easily walk to nearby attractions like the german football museum and enjoy the beautiful views at moog Dortmund, making it ideal for a weekend traveler like me who loves exploring the city on foot.

The central location makes it easy to explore Dortmund.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating, taking ages because I had to input information on an iPad. the room was clean but extremely basic and dated without any notable features. The bar was hardly staffed, making it difficult to get service when needed.

The Comfort Double Room was super spacious and the bed felt amazing – really comfy! The bathroom was spotless, which I appreciated a lot. Just a heads up, the interior is a bit dated, but it gives off a unique vibe. No AC in the room, so it was warm, but nothing too excessive. Would definitely stay here again!
